For the combined charges, he gave Wannamaker enhanced credit on 55 days of pretrial custody and sentenced him to an additional 724 days in jail, plus probation for 18 months.

The 22-year-old is also subject to a 10-year weapons ban and a court order forbidding him for life from frequenting places where children are congregated or could be reasonably expected to congregate, such as playgrounds and daycare centres. He’s also barred from seeking or accepting employment or volunteer work that would place him in a position of authority or trust over anyone under 16 and he’s not permitted to be in the company of anyone under 16 unless supervised by a responsible adult who is aware of his criminal history.
