4 Quick Mocktails
Cucumber Mint Cooler
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- Ice cubes
- 2 sprigs of mint leaves, stems removed
- 1 lime
- 1 bottle (33.8 fl oz/1 liter) club soda, seltzer, or water
Directions:
- Slice cucumber length wise in thin slices (optional to use a mandolin)
- Cut lime in half
- Cut one of the halves into thin slices
- Squeeze a few drops of lime juice into the glass
- Fill glass with club soda, seltzer or water
Cherry Lime Spritzer
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- Ice cubes
- 8 oz club soda or sparkling water
- 2 tbsp Grenadine Syrup
- 1 tsp Lime Syrup
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Directions:
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour all the club soda or sparkling water in the glass
- Add Grenadine to your taste
- Add Lime syrup to your taste
- Top off with maraschino cherry
Cranberry Cutie
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 3 oz Sierra Mist Natural
- 3 oz cranberry Juice
- Juice from 1 clementine/Cutie orange
- 1 oz lime juice
- *optional, cranberry sugar for garnish
Directions:
- In a shaker filled with ice, mix cranberry juice, Cutie juice, and lime juice
- Add Sierra Mist Natural and stir
- *Optional, wet rim of glass and dip in cranberry sugar for garnish
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with a Cutie slice
Sparkling Pineapple Lemonade
Serves 10
Ingredients:
- 1 quart lemonade
- 1 quart pineapple juice
- 1/2 quart sparkling grape juice
Directions:
- In a large plastic container, mix 1 quart of lemonade and 1 quart of pineapple juice
- Add 1/2 quart sparkling white grape juice
- If you want extra fizz, add some extra grape juice
