Meet Levi – #53 of 90 Real People. Real Lives. #FASD

Lighter Side of FASD

Teenagers are my favorite! Hey Levi maybe we could go looking for Big Foot today – I don’t know who he is but you can tell me all about him and I see lots of stuff sometimes, especially if I wear my amber glasses – that really helps me when I run. Let’s get out of here – Big Foot hunting sounds cool – do you think Big Foots get FASD – maybe we could find a friend.

MEET LEVI – Levi is a genuine, loving, energetic teenager. He is 13 and was born with pFAS.

STRENGTHS – He loves to play outside with friends, ride his go-cart, swim, and plan his future endeavors to capture Big Foot.

STRUGGLES – He struggles daily academically, socially, and behaviorally due to prenatal alcohol exposure.

MY WISH – “Just because I have a disability doesn’t make me different from the world” states Levi.
