2017 AGA Youth Conference

Métis youth ages 15-29 are invited to participate in a Career Exploration Conference at the 89th Annual General Assembly of the Métis Nation of Alberta.

Career & Education:

• Break-out sessions with career professionals

• Mentors, education, and employment support services

• Post-secondary education financial support information

• Program & admission information from MacEwan University, Athabasca University, Northern Lakes College and NAIT

Métis culture & team-building activities:

• Métis sash-weaving

• York boat painting

• Escape Room activity

• BBQ, entertainment, open mic, etc. *

Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) are required for youth taking part in the 89th AGA Youth Conference.
