FASD Job Posting – Program Supervisor (Contract)

This is a contract full-time position for forty (40) hours per week with an approximate contract end date of April 2019.
You will be joining an established Agency that is guided by faith to care for and bring hope to people in need with humility, compassion and respect. With more than 50 years of service delivery, Catholic Social Services is one of the largest multi-function social services agencies in Canada, with more than 1600 staff, and 2000 volunteers delivering 130+ programs through Central and Northern Alberta
As the Program Supervisor for our busy Coaching Families and Step by Step (FASD) Programs, you are the leader for a team of dedicated professionals. Confident and supportive, your priorities include supervision of staff, smooth program operations, and monitoring changing program needs. You support strong and effective team work, maintain relationships with stakeholders and ensure best outcomes for clients. You are comfortable acting as an advocate, a mentor and a supervisor.
Your degree/diploma in human services or equivalent and three (3) years of related experience have prepared you for this challenging and rewarding role. Your experience with staff supervision and program planning is preferred. Experience with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder, in-home visitation, and family dynamics are essential to your success.
The salary for this position is $29.68 to $33.40 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
