Initial Incident Communication: Intermittent GoA Service Desk Toll Free Phone Lines Issues
Users are experiencing intermittent issues when attempting to contact the GoA Service Desk at 1-888-427-1462 and the VIP lines and are receiving a busy tone or an automated message saying that all circuits are busy. It is advised that callers use the local number rather than toll free number.
The GoA Service Desk is receiving higher than normal call and email volumes. We understand this is impacting users and a communication will be sent with suggestions to help alleviate some of these issues in the following days.
