At EFAN, we believe that client feedback is essential to ensuring we provide meaningful and effective services. Our annual client surveys are a vital tool to help us evaluate and improve our current practices while informing our plans for future growth.
These surveys are designed to gather insights from individuals receiving services, caregivers receiving services, and both caregivers/guardians and individuals who have participated in FASD assessment services. Additionally, we collect feedback through a Network membership survey to ensure we are meeting the needs of our broader community.
By completing these surveys each year, you help us better understand what is working well and where improvements can be made. Together, we can continue to enhance the support available to individuals with FASD and their families.
