Strategic planning is critical to the success of the Network. Strategic planning involves vision, mission, and outside-of-the-box thinking. Our strategic plan describes where we want the Network to go, where we are heading.
The purpose of the Handbook is to set forth the formal operational policies and procedures of the Edmonton and area Fetal Alcohol Network Society. This direction-setting document serves to guide the Society Board of Directors, known as the ‘Leadership Team’, the Executive Board Officers, Members of the Society, Volunteers, and those contracted to the Network.
