McDaniel Youth Program is hiring for a full time Community Outreach Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of FASD clients to address challenges, access resources, develop life and social skills and ensure the clients have an ongoing network of support while providing emotional and practical support to foster independence. Working in collaboration with the FASD youth and their other supports, Community Outreach Workers assist in identifying goals and the strategies in connecting FASD youth with life-long community resources that can continue to assist them once they have transitioned from the Ministry.
