A Friday Night Wish from EFAN to Our Community

To our incredible parents, caregivers, and frontline staff—

As another busy week winds down, we just want to take a moment to remind you how much we see you, value you, and deeply appreciate everything you do—day in and day out—to support children, youth, and families in our community.

Whether you’re managing challenging behaviors, navigating systems, advocating, educating, or simply showing up again and again with compassion—you’re doing important, life-changing work. And it’s okay to feel tired. It’s okay to need rest. It’s okay to pause.

As you settle into rest tonight, here are a few gentle reminders to carry with you:

You gave what you could today, and that is more than enough.

Rest isn’t earned—it’s necessary and allowed.

A fresh start is always waiting tomorrow.

Even the smallest steps forward are worth recognizing.

You don’t have to hold onto the heavy things.

Progress is happening, even if you can’t see it yet.

Your body and mind are capable of restoration.

Some things are beyond your reach—and it’s okay to let them go.

Showing up today was an act of strength.
